We offer Gentle Mobility Yoga and Rest and Reset Yoga classes, both of which are perfect complements to strength training. Gentle mobility yoga is geared more toward those with movement limitations and is designed to improve mobility, range of motion, and balance. Rest and Reset Yoga focuses on balance, mobility, holding poses, breath work, and relaxation.

Small Classes

Our yoga classes have a maximum of 12 participants so that you can be supported and guided effectively in your practice.
