Tina Wilkerson

Tina Wilkerson - Owner

If anyone knows about overcoming health and fitness obstacles, it's Tina. Tina began her journey in 2001, six months after her daughter Jordan was born. She suffered from low energy levels, headaches, and back pain and, like many, knew she could stand to lose a few pounds. She visited her doctor for a physical and got a clean bill of health. The explanation for all her ailments, was too much weight and inactivity. Determined to make a change that would guarantee her the opportunity to enjoy life with her daughter, she began learning about weight management and fitness.

Through changes in her diet and exercise, she began to shed the pounds. One year and 30 pounds later, she had gone from a size 14 to a size 2. And her physical ailments? Gone. Fewer headaches, better sleep, and no joint pain. She's a true testament to the benefits of adopting a healthy lifestyle. Now, she has devoted her life to helping others improve their quality of life. Tina is a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer (CPT) and corrective exercise specialist (CES). Lindsey Dellinger - Certified Personal Trainer

Lindsey's life-long love of exercise led her to develop a passion for helping people meet their desired fitness goals. While exercise and fitness are two of her passions, she is also excited to integrate her skills as a licensed massage therapist into her client care, with the goal of enhancing performance, promoting healing and managing pain. Lindsey utilizes a holistic approach, focusing on the entire body system. Lindsey believes that regular exercise, along with proper nutrition and regular massage therapy provides significant benefits. Lindsey’s commitment is to encourage and equip you to meet your goals and live a happy and healthy life.
