On Point Meetings
ON POINT meetings with the Fitness Director are a CRUCIAL component to your success.
During this meeting, the Fitness Director will take your current weight and measurements, review your diet, provide nutritional recommendations, and assess your current movement patterns for future exercise programming. Your progress will be analyzed and evaluated. Problem-solving strategies, encouragement and motivation are then provided so you can stay ON POINT with your fitness goals.
The semi-private ELITE program provides the highest of level of accountability, assessment, motivation and problem-solving through ON POINT meetings every 8 weeks.
The semi-private PERFORMANCE program provides ON POINT meetings every 12 weeks.
